Country is getting better and better. But what is happening to the CSE?

Some big timers are manipulating & trying to keep the market down. And thereby buying at very low levels.

Few years back pundits said check the NAV, EPS and PE ratio among other indicators and invest. Today PE ratio's of some companies are much lower than before but share prices are less than previous prices.
Is there new indicators better than P/E ratios.

Few months back some predicted through Media saying Capital GT will be introduced. They gave the reason as CGT for the market drop. When it was not introduced market is still same.
Central Bank says country is much better now.

Is it the manipulation by big timers to buy?
Foreigners are buying.
Very soon people will realize and market will move up.

In addition to above indicators I always look into "net cash flows generated from operations". Few exception is banking & finance industry. With regards to economy strong economic plan that is truly to be implemented is must. Hiccups prevailing related to politics are not considered as major issues which are exclusively based on personal views instead of country's interest. True strong counters are forcibly monitored by an influential group.

Expecting the market to perform is like doing some facial to a woman with broken limbs and expecting her to perform ballet dance.

The investor sentiment which was dampened and dented owing to the Govt policies may take a long time to turn positive.
