Withing 15 minutes PCHH.N jumped Rs 1.00 to 1.20 and more than 3 mn shares had sold out.

AINV also same and more than 3 mn shares ha sold out.

Can any one tell what is going around Adam Group

Teller told previously this two companies going to finish and there shares will no more worth. Most of the Tellers predictions were correct. But seems this is little bit different.

Thank you

Are you happy now. Both PCHH and AINV transferred to default board now due to non submission of financials
This is hide and seek game

Hi teller by how many number of days the trading will be suspended from transfer in to default board

6 Re: AINV.N and PCHH.N flying on Fri Aug 25, 2017 11:09 am

Hi Tutankhamen,
Trading will not be suspended but it's not a good sign for the company. Directors are responsible to submit financial reports . Unbable to do so means it's a questionable issue. All listed companies must submit quarterly, yeary financials on a dead line given. Normally other countries default board transferred in means share prices decline but CSE mostly opposite.
This the lack of knowledge of our investors. How ever companies can come out from the default board too by fulfilling of requests requirements.

Dear Teller

Good to see you. You said ur not available here for 2 weeks. I thought your not here.

I really appreciate your comments here. But see the companies that transfer to default board like CIFL and BLUE both performed well than AINV in the share market.

That mean there is no considerable effect of transferring to default board in Sri Lanka share market.

Dear teller

See the AINV.N and PCHH.N transfer out from default board. They submit there interment financial statements. Now seems no worries about the functionality of these companies. Also Pan Asia Bank and the Sampath Bank are the top share holding companies. What is your idea now ?

I read the financial statements also its not bad as you mentioned.

Dear Neluka,

Don't be misled that PABC or Sampath are any share holder of AINV. They are the Bankers to Mr. Shabbir and Dr. Senthilverl both having invested shares pooled in margin accounts. PABC and Sampath names appear only on behalf of the two investors and to pronounce Banks have some authority over the shares.

Since you seems so pleased to have something positive on AINV, over 80% share holding still lies with key share holders of the company hence might not sink too soon.

But who knew what is happening to Anilana was to happen?? and perhaps to AINV.

Financials can be either manipulated or have effects of creative accounting. We had the experience once with TWOD. See the cash flaw balances, retained earnings, debtors and creditor portfolios and even gain on revaluation. That might ring a bell. Remember Ceylinco and how their consolidates were at peak once.

However some other kind of active transactions are still happening around AINV. Maybe owners are willingly drop the share prices for them to collect more shares at retail investors expense. How else the company can afford to issue Rights at Rs.1/-. Wait and will see.

Those who baught at 0.30/0.40 cents wil unload to poor retailers. So be careful. This unloading process is going on now. Remember companies are not dyeing at once . More greedy will be more pain . RememberPCH,OGL,PCP,TWod,etc...
