2016 අයවැය යෝජනා අනුව අහෝසි කරන ලද කොටස් ගනුදෙනු බද්ද 2016 අප්‍රේල් 15 වන දින සිට යළි ක්‍රියාවට නංවන බව කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළෙඳපොළ නිවේදනය කර තිබේ.

කොටස් ගනුදෙනුවක දී එහි වටිනාකමින් 0.3% ක බද්දක් රජය විසින් අය කළ අතර 2016 අයවැය යෝජනා අනුව 2016 ජනවාරි 01 වන දින සිට එම බද්ද ඉවත් කරන ලදී.

මේ අනුව එතෙක් කොටස් ගනුදෙනුවක දී ආයෝජකයා විසින් ගෙවිය යුතු වූ ගනුදෙනු වටිනාකමින් 1.12% ක්වූ ගාස්තුව 0.82% දක්වා අඩුකරන ලද නව බදු සංශෝධනය අනුව යළිත් වරක් කොටස් ගනුදෙනු ගාස්තුව අප්‍රෙල් 15 දින සිට 1.12% මට්ටමේ පවතිනු ඇති බව සඳහන්ය.

කොටස් බද්දට අමතරව​,

මෙතෙක් නිදහස ලබාදී තිබූ හෙල්ත්කෙයා, දූරකථන සේවා ආදියට 15% ක වැට් බද්දක් එනව​. මල් කඩන අය වැඩියෙන්ම් ඉන්න රටක කෝල් නම් කමක් නෑ කියමු. කෝටි පතියන් නොව යන්තම් හෝ හැකියාවක් ඇති බොහෝ දෙනා අද යන්නේ පුද්ගලික ඉස්පිරිතාල වලට.
ඒ ගාස්තු 15% කින් නග්ගනව කියන එක නරක වැඩක්.

Following supplies which are currently exempted shall be liable for VAT.

a) Supply of Telecommunication services

b)Import or supply of telecom equipment or machinery, high tech equipment including copper cables for telecom industry

c)The issue of licenses to local telecom operators by TRC

d)Supply of healthcare services

e) Supply of goods or services to any specified projects other than housing projects

NBT new additions: 2% charged from:

The present exemptions on the following articles or services should be removed and liable for 2% NBT

The present threshold of Rs.25 million per quarter should be reduced to Rs.3 million per quarter.

a) Telecommunication service

b) Supply of electricity

c) Lubricants

d)Supply of goods or services to any specified projects other than housing project

i think this tax is not badly effect to cse. because few month ago remove this tax but cse ASI not went high level.but government again try to apply  Capital Gain tax instead of early tax.due to CGT tax news ASI drop down 1000 unit. government has get very good decision. i think CGT tax will not apply cse due to again apply early tax        Very Happy Laughing Surprised Cool Cool Cool
